In this small downstairs washroom, a slim rectangular vanity basin was fitted to make best use of the limited space. Also, the basin waste pipe was re-routed inside the wall so the boxing in could be removed.
Thermostatic electric underfloor heating was fitted here as you can see from this 1st fix picture.
